Revolving table

Revolving Table System was developed to optimise the phase of Insulant oil samples preparation (into a protected room (pressurized with Argon) for the Dissolved Gases analysis using the head space technique. The Revolving Table is essentially composed by a turning drum (of a revolving type) equipped with 20 seats for 20 ml headspace vials, combined with the relevant airtight sealing plugs.

The main system characteristics are:

- sample manipulation and dosage into inert controlled atmosphere

- limitation of interferences due to atmosphere gases

- preparation of about 20 samples/man-hour, also by not expert personnel

- applicability to Mineral Insulant Oils, Synthetic Insulant liquids, Askarels, Silicone Insulant liquids

- possibility of preparing samples and stock them to wait for instrumental analysis

- high repeatability of the system

- minimum onus
